Job Description
As a Field Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our nationwide field operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll lead a team of Field Screeners, coordinate field verification activities, optimize schedules and resources, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Employment Background Screening services.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Screeners to achieve operational and performance targets.
- Plan and coordinate daily field assignments, schedules, and freelancer deployment across Indonesia.
