The Cleaning Co. is a fast-growing construction and showhome cleaning company serving builders across Calgary and surrounding areas. We specialize in construction cleans, showhome maintenance, final detailing, and exterior cleaning services for production and luxury home builders.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized Field Operations Manager to help lead daily operations, support our cleaning teams, and maintain the quality standards our builders expect.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage daily cleaning schedules across multiple job sites
- Support and supervise field staff and subcontractors
- Perform site visits and quality checks
- Communicate with builders, site supervisors, and customers professionally
