Valard Construction seeks a Field Safety Advisor for the Waasigan Transmission Line project outside Thunder Bay, ON. Ensure a safe work environment and support field safety efforts.
As a key position reporting to the Regional Safety Supervisor, the Field Safety Advisor plays an essential role in promoting Valard's safety culture. You will support supervisors and field workers by providing safety coaching, participating in incident investigations, and conducting regular meetings. Your expertise will help maintain compliance with safety policies and ensure the wellbeing of all personnel on site.
