Become a part of KBL as a Field Safety Advisor, working night shifts in Yellowknife, NT. This role, which involves fly-in/fly-out travel, focuses on enhancing safety across remote sites through hands-on support.
As an HSE Advisor, you’ll partner closely with operations teams, conducting audits and offering safety training tailored to our unique environments. Your contributions will directly influence safety culture and regulatory adherence throughout our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HSE support on-site during audits
• Evaluate compliance with regulations on remote locations
• Implement safety training and develop site programs
• Support project planning with HSE requirements
• Cultivate relationships with community and team members
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid NCSO designation
• 3-5 years of HSE experience in challenging settings
