Job Description
As a Field Safety Advisor, support safety protocols at Valard Construction's Waasigan Transmission Line project outside Thunder Bay, ON. This field-based role emphasizes proactive safety management and compliance.
Reporting to the Regional Safety Supervisor, you will champion safety practices by engaging directly with project teams and conducting site inspections. You'll monitor safety conditions, facilitate incident investigations, and hold safety meetings to strengthen adherence to Valard’s safety standards and culture.
