The purpose of Field Sales Development Manager is to deliver the Annual Field performance goals working with & through your team.Responsible for the management & support of a team of Sales Development Executives (SDE's) you will build their skill base through coaching & training.Maintaining a strong contact across other FSDM's to develop best practice across the Field Sales Teams while working closely with Activation and Reporting colleagues to deliver against agreed KPI's.
