Job Description:
1. Provide service support to customer.
2. Manage and trobleshoot all on site installation, repair / issue, maintenance , test and buyoff.
3. Provide daily service reports.
4. Communicate and cooperate with Headquaters technical team and share information across the organisation.
5. Build good relationships with customer.
6. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
7. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Must be able to provide service support in automation/equipment on site and set up with skills of mechanical, electrical and software.
2. Able to travel for long period.
