Advance genomic technology with Complete Genomics as a Field Service Engineer. Focus on NGS instruments and automation support while building strong customer relationships across Canada.
This role includes providing onsite and remote service to ensure the installation, maintenance, and repair of NGS instruments and automation systems. You'll utilize your strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment, enhance customer relationships, and document service activities in a CRM. Additionally, you will manage spare part inventory and collaborate closely with various stakeholders for continuous improvement.
