Service technician will be required to travel to customer’s offices and service their copiers, printers, fax machines and mail machines. Network setup and troubleshooting skills are required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Network setup and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with customers in a courteous manner.
- Keep track of parts used.
- Hand in paperwork in a timely manner.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of experience with office equipment, preferably Konica Minolta.
- Must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Understanding of computers and office equipment is a requirement.
