Job Description
As a Field Service Technician, you are responsible for performing installations, calibrations, and preventive maintenance on laboratory weighing equipment across the GTA region.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on lab weighing equipment following established procedures and safety standards.
- Install and calibrate equipment, including pH meters, conductivity meters, and pipettes as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and support installations, projects, and repairs.
- Ensure customer uptime requirements are met and that PM work is completed on time.
- Promote and sell service and products, submitting sales leads at a level commensurate with experience.
- Provide technical solutions consulting and application support to the customer and the sales force.
- Resolve first‑line customer complaints and invoicing problems.
