Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Customer Service:
* Provide on-site technical support for our products, including installation supervision, commissioning, and scheduled/unscheduled annual service.
* Deliver remote support to customers via email, phone, and secure remote connection tools.
* Conduct product training for customers both on-site and at our headquarters.
Commissioning and Field Service:
* Pre-Commissioning: Ensure site readiness for commissioning using progress tracking tools and maintain weekly communication with the customer.
* On-Site Execution: Lead installation supervision, cold and hot commissioning, performance testing, and customer training. Generate weekly site reports and complete all commissioning sign-off documentation.
