We are seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The role involves basic configuration and support of desktop, notebook, and printer hardware.
Responsibilities- Perform basic configuration of desktops, notebooks, and printers.
- Assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
- Travel may be required.
- Maintain basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Provide basic client service skills.
