The Field Solutions Supervisor is responsible for leading the safe, compliant, and efficient day‑to‑day operations of assigned facilities or project sites. This role provides frontline leadership to Field Service Technicians ensuring alignment with SECURE’s values, safety commitments, environmental responsibilities, and customer service standards.
You will play a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture, developing people, optimizing site performance, and supporting the Area Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.
