Field Technology Consultant (Precision Ag)
Location: HUMBOLDT
Responsibilities
- Build/maintain positive working relationships focused on teamwork & customer service
- Sell, service, and support weather stations, cameras, and drones
- Support all precision upgrade sales and needs
- Support all sales/installs of T3RRA product
- Adhere to data privacy policies
- Monitor calls/tickets to ExpertConnect and provide solutions
- Provide recommendations on action items/processes
Requirements
- Work flexible hours, including extensive travel, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years experience in an ag‑related role, precision ag preferred
- Agronomy or technical background an asset
