Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in cost accounting activities for assigned manufacturing plants
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to manufacturing performance
• Support internal stakeholders including Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Monitor and control inventory processes and financial accuracy
• Analyze cost variances and operational performance metrics
• Support decision‑making through financial insights and data analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting for production areas

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in similar roles.
