Reporting to the Senior Manager, Budgets & Financial Planning, the Finance Business Partner (the FBP) is a key financial partner to a portfolio of academic and administrative divisions across Sheridan. The FBP partners with business unit areas and leaders to align financial planning, resource allocation, and operational decision‑making with institutional priorities and long‑term fiscal sustainability objectives. The FBP provides expert financial and consultative support throughout the annual budget cycle and ongoing forecasting processes, translating complex financial information into actionable insights, challenging assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting leaders in making informed business decisions.
