Responsibilities
- Execute the complete AP and payment cycle by processing invoices to ensure accurate matching of purchase orders and validation of account codes.
- Conduct daily bank and credit card reconciliations while preparing comprehensive daily cash reports.
- Coordinate bi‑weekly payment runs, including the generation of cheques, wire transfers, EFTs, and ACH payments.
- Manage and reconcile employee expense reports, travel advances, and corporate credit card transactions.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes through journal entry preparation, cost allocation, and reconciling accounts to the General Ledger.
