Hands-on Finance Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the assigned Business Unit within Manuport Logistics Americas.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting on both a monthly and annual basis.
- Monitor and analyze business performance, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure full compliance with all legal, tax, accounting, and audit requirements as defined by local regulatory and tax authorities.
- Supervise accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Collaborate effectively with operations and commercial teams to align financial goals with business activities.
- Manage and follow up on overdue accounts and commercial receivables, ensuring proactive collection efforts.
