WPPs Finance, ERP and Consolidation Programme will consolidate and modernise WPP's finance and ERP systems onto Workday and Maconomy, supporting operational efficiency and global standardisation by transitioning from legacy systems, scaling delivery capacity, and aiming for a global ERP Finance template with necessary customisations.
