Job Description
The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service to customers throughout the RV purchasing process. This position plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability through the presentation and sale of finance, insurance, warranty, and protection products. The Finance & Insurance Manager is expected to consistently meet or exceed personal sales objectives and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and product providers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, sales, and customer service skills, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the dealership.
