Job Description
Job Purpose:
Lead and manage the accounting and finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury management, and timely closure of books. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, audits, taxation, payroll, cash flow management, and stakeholder coordination while driving process excellence and financial governance.
Who You Are:
- 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Financial Operations with team management responsibilities
- Strong expertise in General Ledger accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting
- Hands-on experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation including GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements
