Financial Services Manager responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance (F&I) department, managing vehicle sales financing, insurance products, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Works closely with customers to identify their financing needs and provides tailored solutions to enhance the purchasing experience. Requires strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of financing options, and ability to meet sales and profitability goals.
