The Finance Lead is responsible for leading the Finance, HR and administrative functions of the business, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, effective cash management, and compliance with statutory obligations. The role partners closely with the CEO, senior leadership team and board to provide commercial insight, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the company has the operational foundations required to deliver its growth plans.
