Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Finance Manager with proven experience in the Stock Exchange and Intellectual Property (IP) sectors. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and capital management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in project finance and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across projects and business units
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and evaluate investments using defined KPIs
- Develop and manage funding strategies, including sourcing and allocation from internal and external channels
- Perform budget vs. actual analysis, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
