Finance & Operations Professional (Part Time)
Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid). Work part-time, up to 20 hours per week.
At Axxiome, we support North American operations by ensuring effective financial coordination, accounting oversight, and legal and regulatory compliance. The role works closely with global Finance and Operations teams to maintain efficient processes and support our continued growth.
Responsibilities
Work in a hybrid model in our office in Toronto, on a part-time basis (max. 20h per week).
- Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledger, payroll, bank reconciliations, customer reconciliations, and sales tax reconciliations.
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting in coordination with the Europe-based finance team.
