POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Assistant Finance Manager, the Finance Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing a team of Finance/Payroll Clerks in the daily operations of the Finance and/or Payroll Department. The Finance Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet Organizational requirements and support operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post Secondary education in the field of accounting,
- Knowledge and/or experience of the Canada Labour Code – Section III and/or Employment Standards Act
- Should have two years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to work independently and is self-motivated.
- Strong organizational, administrative and supervisory skills.
