Job Description

Responsibilities and tasks:
• Finance and bookkeeping tasks
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero or Sage, ensuring accurate and timely posting of transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and
payment scheduling.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records in internal systems and support the preparation of monthly and ad-hoc
financial reports, helping keep information accurate, organised, and decision-ready.
• Reconcile bank accounts, deposits, expense claims, and company credit cards, ensuring alignment with
internal controls.
• Review and process purchase requests, verify supporting documentation, and help keep approval workflows
efficient, clear, and well organised.
