Overview
The Finance Transformation Manager is a mid‑level management role within PwC's finance consulting practice. You will specialise in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations for clients. Your work includes assessing financial processes, designing and implementing solutions, and providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation and shared services.
Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues across PwC to sell and deliver business‑led, technology‑enabled projects to fulfill client needs for Finance Transformation consulting services.
- Lead the preparation of workshops with key Finance leaders and stakeholders.
- Play an active part in the delivery of Finance Transformation engagements, including Finance ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, Workday, Microsoft and Oracle) and delivering transformation initiatives and strategies.
