Job Description
**Purpose Statement**:Provides support to all AMER manufacturing sites through the centralized Shared Services team. Responsible for the effective execution of the assigned Finance/ Accounting centralized process, goods and services in accordance with the quality, delivery and expectations to meet department/company objectives.
**Key Job Accountabilities**:
- Prepare journal entries to ensure accurate account balances
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to comply with SOX requirements.
- Prepare reports in user-friendly formats to aid in decision-making and analysis of parts contribution and other material analysis.
- Provide pricing support (BOM download and common component cost entry, entering valid assembly pricing and maintain component cost fields in ERP system) for effective and efficient production assembly pricing
- Purchase price variance approval and revision in partnership with procurement and finance teams
