Job Title: Finance Controller
Experience Required: 8–12 years in accounting/finance, with mandatory prior experience working in a listed (publicly traded) company
Location : Mumbai Andheri East Midc
Key Requirements- CA / CPA / CMA qualified
- Proven experience handling financial reporting and compliance for a listed entity - familiarity with SEBI regulations, quarterly results filings, board/audit committee reporting, and investor disclosures
- Strong exposure to statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance (Companies Act, SEBI LODR, Ind AS/IFRS)
- Experience managing month-end/year-end closing, MIS reporting, and budget vs. actual analysis independently.
