Job Description As a Business Finance Sr. Analyst , you will serve as a key financial partner to our plant and cluster operations, providing analytical, reporting, and operational support for Tlaxcala 1 plant. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy of financial data and the quality of decision‑making across the business. Provide financial support and business partnering to assigned clusters. Analyze Inventory and materials accounts hitting P&L and balance sheet. Manage and monitor plant inventories, including variance analysis, physical inventory execution, and reconciliations. Prepare, review, and optimize financial performance reports. Translate financial results into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders. Identify risks and opportunities, supporting issue resolution. Collaborate with plant finance teams to improve processes and standardize practices.
