The Senior Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to provide actionable insights, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic decision‑making to drive business performance.
- Lead the preparation and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions.
- Analyze and explain variances between actual results, budget, forecast, and prior year, providing actionable recommendations.
