Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will play a critical role in driving financial and operational insight across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will own the company’s reporting, forecasting, and planning processes, and partner with senior management to support growth, capital allocation, and strategic decision‑making. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role requiring strong data analysis and financial modeling capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and private equity ownership.
