Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Act as liaison between the customer and the financial institution by obtaining confirmation of financing, insurance, licensing, and other personal information for customers.Prepare credit applications for all customers and provide alternate solutions for customers who are not immediately approved for financing.Examine all required paperwork with the customer in order to complete the transaction.Build relationships with customers in order to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction, as well as being expected to keep in close contact with other departments to ensure an efficient and profitable sales operation.Engage with customers to up-sell financing, extended warranty, insurance, and chemical options with all customers in order to increase customer satisfaction as well as dealership profit.Maintain confidentiality on all sensitive information provided by customers.Establish a ...
