Role Overview
The First Line Manager oversees the performance of Supervisors and their teams to ensure operational objectives are met. Acting as the key link between the Operations Manager and warehouse Supervisors, this role translates strategic goals into actionable plans, maintains operational efficiency, and drives continuous improvement.
