Status: Permanent Full-Time

Pay Range: Payband H - $37.34/hour

The Indigenous Recruitment and Student Engagement Officer is responsible for leading recruitment and access initiatives that promote Canadore College and the First Peoples’ Centre (FPC) to prospective Indigenous learners. This includes organizing community outreach, facilitating campus tours, delivering presentations, and representing the College at recruitment events across Ontario. The Officer plays a key role in supporting pathway navigation and coordinating culturally grounded engagement activities that build strong connections with Indigenous communities, high schools, adult learning centres, and educational partners.
