Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring control of the tax and legal aspects of the Ashland organization in Mexico
- Focal point of contact for Mexico with local tax outsourcing, local auditors, tax authorities and internal areas of Ashland both local and abroad
- To monitor and renew contracts signed with third parties, maintain archive of local files and retention according to local and Ashland standards
- Hold Legal Fiscal Representative role for Ashland entities in country
- Supervisor for Local Admin Assistant direct report
