Nishant Maharaj Transport Limited operates a fleet of vehicles transporting goods for clients. We are looking for a reliable Transport fleet dispatcher to keep our freight moving and our records accurate.
About the role
You will receive, despatch and record goods, prepare loads for despatch, and help keep daily transport operations running smoothly. Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Verifying and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goods
- Preparing, checking and labelling goods for despatch
- Comparing goods against manifests, invoices and orders to confirm quantities and accuracy
- Recording and verifying particulars of goods received and despatched
- Compiling reports of daily despatch and receiving transactions
- Coordinating daily pick-up and delivery schedules with drivers
