In this on-campus position, you will serve as a Service Desk Technician tasked with resolving technical issues for Fleming College users. Your responsibilities will include providing timely and accurate technical support, responding to service tickets, and facilitating the use of software in the Learning Commons. You will also collaborate closely with the IT Network/Evolve team to address more complex issues when necessary.
