**The Opportunity**
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace organization to support the next generation of aircraft development. We are seeking a **Flight Deck Design & Human Factors Engineer** to play a critical role in cockpit interface design, usability, and human-centered engineering as testing ramps up next summer.
In this role, your work will directly influence flight crew experience, safety, and operational excellence—helping shape how pilots interact with advanced aircraft systems.
+ **Pay Rate:** $65–$95/hour
+ **Duration:** 18–24 months
+ **Location:** Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite; fully onsite during testing phases)
+ **Mobility:** Occasional business travel
