Full Time Packages Rates
Senior Installers & Sanders $90K + Super + Company Car
Junior Installers & Sanders $ 75K + Super + Company Car
Core Responsibilities - Floor Installers
- Site Preparation: Remove existing flooring, sweep dust and debris, and level subfloors (sanding or applying patching compounds) to create a flat, stable base.
- Measurement & Layout: Read blueprints, measure rooms, calculate material requirements, and pop chalk lines to find the center/starting point.
