Position Summary:
South Country Co-op is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Food Clerk to join our team at Vauxhall Food Store in Vauxhall, AB. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Food Clerk is responsible for preparing a variety of deli foods, including meats, salads, pizzas, and sandwiches, while providing an exceptional customer service experience. This role supports the overall operation of the deli department by maintaining product freshness, proper merchandising, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
In addition, this position supports the Bakery department by baking pre-made buns and pastries and ordering bakery products to ensure displays remain well stocked and visually appealing.
