Neighbourly Pharmacy Manitoba Ltd) is looking for a Food Service Manager to lead our Tim Hortons team in Ashern, Manitoba.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory, supplies, maintenance, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Ensures Always Fresh standards and waste control.
• Leads team toward goals through coaching, motivation, and alignment with company values.
• Tracks sales, updates POS, and manages budgets.
• Controls costs (food, paper, labour) and uses CPP data to maximize profits and manage payroll.
• Assists in recruiting new staff and training/management of Baristas and Supervisors.
• Creates schedules, supports development, and ensures shift coverage.
• Maintains open communication, handles discipline, and ensures compliance with policies and legislation.
• Manages guest experience, prepares reports, and engages with the community.
