Responsibilities
- Assigning duties to store staff;
- Help prepare work schedules;
- Training and supervising store staff;
- Monitoring inventory and submitting inventory request reports to store management when supplies fall below pre-determined levels;
- Instructing staff on the handling of difficult and complicated sales;
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints;
- Ensuring that merchandise is correctly priced and displayed; and
- Assisting employees with the everyday duties necessary to ensuring the smooth running of the store, such as serving customers, restocking shelves, maintaining the cleanliness of the store and cash duties.
