Workshop Foreman – Heavy Plant

£40,(Apply online only)-£50,(Apply online only) + Overtime
The Role
We’re working with a well-established and highly respected plant hire business with a strong UK presence. They’ve built a strong reputation for investing in their fleet and engineers, and due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring an experienced Workshop Foreman to lead the day-to-day running of its busy Harpenden workshop.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for maintaining a modern fleet of construction plant, ensuring high standards of workmanship, supporting engineers and helping the depot operate efficiently.
You'll split your time between carrying out repairs yourself and supervising the workshop team, ensuring machines are prepared, serviced and repaired to the highest standard while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
