Practice: VIO Med Spa (Queen Creek, AZ) Location: The Switchyard, Ellsworth Rd & Ocotillo Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142 (On-Site, Pre-Opening) Schedule: Part-Time to start, scaling to Full-Time as the practice ramps Compensation: $60-$70/hr base + 5% production bonus + membership bonus Employment: Part-Time to Full-Time | W2 | On-Site Be the founding injector at a brand-new VIO Med Spa in Queen Creeks premium Switchyard district. You set the clinical standard and build your own patient book from opening day, with a strong hourly base, real production upside, and full clinical independence supported by a contracted Medical Director.
