Role Summary
The FP&R Leader is responsible for coordinating and securing the deployment of Factory Performance & Reliability standards across the plant, working in close partnership with cross‑functional areas. This role leads the site's productivity strategy by driving continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes, and tracking the Reimagined optimization projects to achieve headcount reduction and cost savings. With no direct reports, the ideal candidate must possess exceptional stakeholder management, high resilience, and strategic influence to embed a culture of standardization, autonomous maintenance, and people development across the Focus Factory.
