This is a remote position. Role Objective I am the founder of Mate Technologies building mobile apps including thermal printer app Thermer and billing app Posill. I am building an automated system-driven company in remote culture that will scale through people, AI, and processes instead of founder dependency. Your responsibility is to design and implement a practical operating system that improves execution speed, accountability, hiring quality, reporting, experimentation, and decision-making. This is not a consulting-only role. You are expected to implement measurable improvements.
