Fragrance Development Chemist (AE ) ref : PA-27643 Salary: £35-45,000 (12 month FTC) Do you have a strong nose for fragrance development and a passion for olfactive performance? Are you confident managing fragrance submissions from brief through to launch across multiple categories? Key Responsibilities: Support fragrance development from initial brief to production. Translate project requirements into clear fragrance briefs for fragrance houses. Evaluate fragrance submissions for brand fit, performance and cost. Coordinate fragrance samples, data and technical information with suppliers. Monitor fragrance performance and stability throughout development. Maintain accurate fragrance documentation, trackers and libraries. Support regulatory, safety and technical fragrance requirements. Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
