The Franchise Specialist is part of a national team responsible for leveraging market area expertise for the profitable growth of the Bank’s franchising portfolio in their region and for developing new customer acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new franchising customer relationships through engaging local franchisees, Centers of Influence (COIs), partners and associations.
- Meet negotiated goals set by the National Director, including business acquisition, asset, deposit and revenue growth, and customer service objectives.
- Champion a customer‑focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
